Its boxed plate and tube structure bolts together after four frame brackets are welded in place. The shocks mount vertically outside the frame rails for improved stability, a motion ratio close to 1:1 and more consistent damping than an inboard cantilever layout. The center section includes accessory mounting holes for dust lights or flag whips, and the cage supports leaf-over or leaf-under spring packs.

Features

CAD-designed boxed plate and tube construction

2-inch × .120-inch tubing

1/4-inch, 3/16-inch and 1/8-inch plate

Professionally MIG welded

Bolt-together cage with four frame brackets requiring welding

Made in the USA

Specifications

Recommended leaf pack: Deaver R81

Recommended shocks: Fox or King; compatible with other shock manufacturers

Recommended shock length: 16 inches (26 inches collapsed and 42 inches extended)

Compatible with 14-inch shocks when extended rod ends are used, with reduced travel

Recommended shock diameter: 3.0 inches; compatible with 2.5-inch to 3.5-inch shocks

Bypass tubes must be positioned on the front and back of the shocks

Shock mounting width: 1.5 inches

Requires 1.5-inch to 2-inch wheel spacers or an axle 1.5 to 2 inches wider per side

Accessory mounting holes: 1/2 inch

What’s included

Prefabbed bed cage structure

Grade 8 mounting hardware

Installation instructions

Vehicle fitment

2019–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 — 2WD and 4WD

2019–2026 GMC Sierra 1500 — 2WD and 4WD

Ships directly from the supplier.

Compatibility warnings

Returns or cancelations on powder coated bed cages are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Part numbers and configurations

Configuration

Part number

Price

No Powder Coat

DK-636828

$1,595.00

Satin Black

DK-636828-BK

$1,795.00

Gloss Black

DK-636828-GBK

$1,820.00

Gray

DK-636828-GY

$1,820.00

<details>
Manufacturer Warranty

Mfgr.
