Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Baja Racing Parts is a retailer, not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Some products have a manufacturer warranty. Coverage, duration, exclusions and claim requirements vary by brand and product; there is no single warranty period covering every item.
Check the product's actual warranty
Review the manufacturer's written warranty terms before purchase. Where a product has a manufacturer warranty, we link to or provide those terms on the product page. If you can't find them, contact sales@bajaracingparts.com and we'll help you get them. Do not assume that racing use, off-road use, wear items, modifications, commercial use or installation costs are covered. Unless expressly stated in a separate written offer, Baja Racing Parts does not provide its own additional warranty. This does not disclaim implied warranties or other obligations the law places on us.
Start a claim
Contact sales@bajaracingparts.com with your order number, proof of purchase, brand and part number, vehicle details, installation date, a description of the issue, photos and any relevant service records. Stop using a part if continuing could be unsafe or cause further damage. We will help identify the right claim process and explain whether the manufacturer requires you to submit the claim directly or through us. If a manufacturer is unresponsive or no longer in business, contact us and we will help review your options.
Authorization and inspection
Do not ship a part, dispose of it or arrange a repair expecting reimbursement before you receive claim instructions. A manufacturer may require an inspection and supporting evidence. Repair, replacement, refund and turnaround time depend on the applicable warranty and the claim outcome, subject to your legal rights. An approved claim covers only what the warranty covers. Other costs aren't automatically included.
Shipping, labor and other expenses
Who pays for warranty shipping, removal, installation, diagnostics, alignment, vehicle rental or other expenses depends on the written warranty and applicable law. We will explain the applicable terms before asking you to pay any claim-related charge. We can't promise that labor or other costs will be reimbursed, but we won't deny reimbursement the law requires.
Damage on arrival and order errors
If your part arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong part, report it to us as an order issue. We will handle it under our Shipping and Return & Refund policies instead of sending you to a manufacturer warranty claim.
Your legal rights
This policy does not reduce any rights you have under federal or state law that cannot be waived. If a manufacturer denies your claim, you may still have rights against us under the law.
