Overview

Dirt King’s long travel kit transforms the front suspension of the 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra for high-speed off-road use. The system widens the track width three inches per side and provides up to 14.5 inches of wheel travel when installed with the required shocks and supporting components. Boxed upper and lower control arms use one-inch stainless steel uniballs, while the lower arms retain the factory mounting location to preserve ground clearance. Integrated provisions support bypass shocks, bump stops and limit straps.

Fitment and installation notes

• Front fiberglass fenders are required.
• Four-wheel-drive trucks require extended axle shafts or complete extended axle assemblies; choose the matching 4340 or 300M configuration.
• A one-inch differential drop is required to achieve full travel on 4WD models.
• Dirt King specification shocks or custom-built shocks are required to achieve the system’s full performance and travel.
• The optional DK-815910 bypass shock hoop requires welding and frame modification.
• Hydraulic bump-stop installation requires welding.
• Running 37-inch tires requires wheel-well, firewall and cab-mount modifications.
• This product is designed to pair with OEM and Dirt King components. Confirm compatibility before combining it with parts from another manufacturer.
