Overview
Dirt King Performance Lower Control Arms strengthen the vulnerable front lower-arm position while preserving smooth on-road handling. The boxed, internally ribbed arms add ground clearance and use replaceable 1/8-inch aluminum skid plates to protect key suspension components during off-road impacts.
The 2003–2009 4Runner and 2007–2009 FJ Cruiser applications use heavy-duty Moog ball joints. The 2010–2024 4Runner and 2010–2014 FJ Cruiser applications use heavy-duty Mevotech ball joints. Both designs use PTFE-infused Delrin inner bushings, recessed shock mounts with drain holes, bump-stop provisions, limit-strap tabs and progressive steering stops.
This is a direct bolt-on application supplied with the necessary mounting hardware. The arms have a durable black powder-coat finish, and the wearable components are replaceable.
