Overview
This MOOG upper arm ball joint is a service replacement for compatible factory and Dirt King upper control arms. Its forged housing, hardened full-ball stud and greaseable bearing design support smooth suspension movement and a solid steering feel in demanding driving conditions.
- Polychloroprene sealed boot with a grease-relief valve helps keep contaminants out and lets old grease flush during service.
- Powdered-metal Gusher bearing technology distributes grease across the bearing surface to reduce friction and wear.
- Hardened full-ball stud with grease grooves supports smooth articulation and long service life.
- One-piece forged housing and Belleville washer preload help maintain strength and tight tolerances.
- Pressed-in cover plate helps limit unwanted axial and radial stud movement.
